Here's a sexist thought below that if true, would make me happy that the power dynamic of dating and mating has shifted in favor of women. And it definitely has.

Because of the biology of pregnancy, women, on average, are better mothers than men are fathers. So in the dating/mating market, if some men never get matched, maybe that's good for society. Emphasizing "on average."

I agree about parenthood. But I think this overstates how efficient the dating market is for women who want a husband and kids. It's easy for women to get a date/or laid. Which is great, not underestimating that that's nice. But to get a guy to commit to even BE in a relationship, in a world of endless possibilities, is next to impossible. I don't even blame men. Evolution didn't prepare humans for Tinder.

No matter how much you may like to pretend otherwise, the "power dynamics of dating and mating" very much have not shifted in favor of women. That is the kind of silly take social media addicts generate, though.

I too studied Hegel in grad school, and here's what I remember: My professor writing "I = I" on the board and then staring at silently for awhile.

Metoo failed because it came from twitter, which is an utterly pathetic platform that only losers use. There are so many morons who pretend that video game is real life.

The Hegelian Dialectic of "thesis, antithesis, synthesis" is often incorrectly confused with "problem, reaction, solution", the latter apparently being the MO of the global oligarchy.

Indeed. Masculinity has always been in perpetual "crisis" since the dawn of time. Or at least ever since men first took over about 7,000-10,000 years ago or so.

While I agree with most of this article, I do think you underplay the seriousness of the boys underperforming in school issue, which could have some really negative medium to long term effects on society.

I don't mean to! I just think the answer is not "let's totally change school" but "Why are girls doing better and what can boys learn from them" rather than "TAN YOUR BALLS!" as per Tucker Carlson.

ha ha... yes I completely agree. Microwaving one's balls is never the answer.

Right? I can't think of a single problem where the solution is microwaving your balls.

LOL, I don't know who is worse in giving advice to young men, Tucker Carlson or Josh Hawley.

Having school be more like the way they do it in Finland would probably be beneficial I think. Especially the fact that they start a year later than most other countries. Counterintuitive, but it works.
